This pageant is brought to you by the same directors that have produced Tropical Dream Stars USA for the last 18 years! Welcome to the TDS sister pageant, America’s Grand Miss National! AGM is
very different from TDS but we feel you will enjoy it just as much! We welcome each and every one of you! This will be an exciting 6th year, as we crown our
2012 National Grand Royalty! You may compete in beauty and your choice of optionals to qualify for the supreme titles! We are very proud to guarantee lots of cash prizes and top quality custom created LOGO crowns! Our crowns are breathtaking! We do not pro-rate. All prizes are guaranteed, no matter how many contestants! Our judges will be looking for a beautiful face.
Please note that anyone may compete and win at AGM, because expensive glitz attire is not what our judges are looking for. This is not a natural pageant system, styled hair and make up is absolutely allowed and should flatter the contestant based on age. Please call should you have any questions!

America’s Grand Miss:
Big stiff pageant hair and heavy make up will be seriously deducted for. No exceptions.
Scoring System for Beauty will be: 75% Facial Beauty & 25% Overall Appearance. The appearance score will be judged on neatness, appeal of garment and fit. We strongly suggest flower girl, tea party, type dresses for ages 0-10 years. Short, tea length or long.. Tea length, ballgown or floor length dresses are recommended for ages 11 and up. We are not looking for glitzy pageant dresses. Hair and make up should flatter the contestant’s overall look. Keep in mind sweet, darling and precious for 0-10 years. Lovely, elegant and beautiful for 11 & Up. We do NOT double crown except for division talent & select door optionals.

These lucky winners will receive a $4,000 bond, custom giant logo designer crown, monogrammed wrap satin sash, exclusive crown pin and will be seen all year on our forms! This will be the highest combined scoring contestant, from National beauty and your ONE highest optional event. (See optional events)
THREE GRAND NOVICE SUPREME QUEENS! $2,000
0ne from
each supreme group. 0-3, 4-8, 9 & up. Highest combined scores
from National beauty and your highest optional event. (See
optional events) GRAND Novice Supreme is ONLY open to
contestants who have not won a title paying $500 cash or more in
the last 3 years. (February 1st 2009 to February 1st 2012) Our
Novice Supreme winners receive:
$2,000 bond, logo crystal
ice crown, exclusive monogrammed wrap sash and custom logo
crystal ice sash pin! Supremes will be featured in our National
advertising and our paperwork!

NATIONAL BEAUTY QUEENS $300
Our 2012 National Beauty Royalty will be judged on facial beauty and overall appearance ONLY. No modeling scores will be added. The cost of your dress is not important. We are looking for a pretty face and a neat feminine appearance. Beauty will be scored 75% facial beauty and 25% overall appearance.
This title is from beauty on stage only. Beauty winners receive: a
$300 bond, Queen plaque, custom LOGO crystal crown and beautiful monogrammed satin wrap sash! Our beauty winners are important to us and will be featured on our paperwork and in our National ads! Four runners up will receive beautiful national award. Each contestant will receive a National award. NO Contestant will leave without a National award!
*The appearance score will be judged on neatness, appeal of garment and fit. We strongly suggest flower girl, tea party, type dresses for ages 0-10 years. Short, tea length or long.. Tea length, ballgown

NATIONAL NOVICE BEAUTY QUEENS
Our 2012 National Novice Beauty queens will be awarded in each age group. The lucky winners will qualify under the same rules as our Novice Supreme Queens and may not have won a title paying $500 cash in the last 3 years. They will receive a national crown, plaque & sash. This is an awesome title to win and only open to novices!
OPTIONAL AWARDS
Our pageant system awards quality toys, trophies,
gifts & plaques as prizes for our Casual Wear,
Interview, Talent, Composite, Natural Photogenic,
Natural Black and White Photo, Print Model & Stage
Shot winners. These are high quality items that we
believe our contestants will enjoy and use!
OPTIONAL CASUAL WEAR
Casual wear attire is off the rack or custom. No
rhinestones on casual wears. Contestants will be
judged 1-10 on modeling/presentation for age, 1-10
overall appearance and 1-10 personality. There will
be a 75 second time limit, however points will not
be deducted if you go a tad over. You may bring your
own music or we will supply it.
OPTIONAL INTERVIEW * Please read well.
Interview will consist of up-close appraisal. Attire
will be white OR black tennis style skirt, shorts or
slacks and your own solid color shirt in these
colors ONLY: pink, purple, lavender, black or white.
These are your own shirts, short or long sleeves.
Please do not decorate your shirts. One
chaperone/parent may accompany the contestant up to
age 7. No questions or answers will be judged. The
judges may casually chat with the contestants to
make them feel at ease. Hair styles and make up for
this event should be casual and light for all ages.
OPTIONAL NATURAL COLOR PHOTOGENIC
Please submit your photo(s) during registration.
Photos may be any size up to 8 ½ X 11. Your name and
age must be on the back and your photo must be
protected by a clear cover. No obvious re-touch.
OPTIONAL NATURAL BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGENIC
Please submit your photo(s) during registration.

OPTIONAL COMPOSITE
These will feature a variety of you photos to
include head shots and full body/three quarter
shots. Your name and age must be included on your
composite.
OPTIONAL PRINT MODEL
Print Model may come right out of your portfolio!
This may be black and white or color. There will be
a winner in every age group. ¾ or full.
OPTIONAL STAGE SHOT: Use one of your favorite
on stage picture in color or black and white.
Featuring your contestant in any outfit, on stage!
This should be one side only, 81/2 x 11, 5x6 or 4x6
size.
OPTIONAL TALENT We have optional talent!
There will be three divisions, 0-5, 6-10 and 11 &
Up. You may enter more than one talent and you may
enter talent only but you MUST enter talent prior to
registration. Winners in each age group will receive
a beautiful crown, sash, national award. Alternates
in each age division will receive a beautiful
national award. Our talent winners will be featured
on our forms and web site!
Talent will be held on Saturday, after beauty and
casual wear. Please give your music to the MC cued,
labeled and ready just before you go on stage.
One Overall Grand Talent winner will receive a $400
bond, beautiful large crown, sash and national
award! We do not double crown. So, if you are pulled
first for winning a higher cash paying title, you
will not win overall talent.
LINE UP
Line up in each age group is determined by the
postmark/receipt date on your entry and deposit.
First in, last out in line up OR your choice. YOU
MAY USE PAYPAL FOR DEPOSITS, send to
director@americasgrandmissnational.com. PayPal
for balances due must be sent prior to Wednesday
before. We also take all major credit cards over the
phone. Add 4% or we will add that for you. Please do
not forget to submit your entry form! If we receive
your deposit and not your entry form, we will not
place you in line up until the form is received. You

RULES:
WHO MAY COMPETE: AGM is open to all contestants. No
preliminary is needed. Last years/reigning/current Grand
Supremes, Supremes, Mini Supremes and Novice Supremes may
come to crown but may not compete this year. Once a queen
has won the 9-Up Grand, they will be lifetime ambassadors
and not eligible to compete again. Everyone else has the
option to re-compete.
We will offer door events at the registration. (Optional)
Awards will be available for viewing during registration.
They include beautiful crowns and monogrammed satin sashes.
Details will be available to you prior to pageant on our web
site.
Numbers/Photos: We do not give out the names and
numbers of Contestants entered at any time, please do not
ask.All photos must be turned in on Friday night by the end
of registration.
FAMILY DISCOUNT
First child enters supreme package full price, second child
enters the package at half price. All other events are
normal price. Only one discount may be used.
SIGNS AND VENDORS
NO signs, posters, etc. will be permitted on hotel walls,
doors or elevators. This is our pageant regulation, not the
hotel. Bulletin boards will be placed on easels; you are
welcome to place your signs there. Ignoring this rule may
result in disqualification, as determined by the director.
Tables will be provided for your pageant forms and flyers.
Vendors of merchandise MUST contact the director in advance.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Tables will be assigned on a
first come, first serve basis.
Stage: Will be a front T or back T. Line up first for
beauty only. There will be 4 sets of stairs.
STAGE/MUSIC/VIDEO
PHD will provide professional sound, video & music for the
AGM National Pageant.
No video/photos may be taken in the ballroom. You may model
a front OR back T. Your choice. You do not have to change
routines! Mr. Tim, “the voice of pageants” will be our MC
for nationals. You may bring your own music for casual wear.
Remember, no pro-am please.
RESERVATIONS
Call The Hilton Airport Hotel at: (404)767-9000 The hotel
is Located at 1031 Virginia Ave. Atlanta, GA. 30337. Minutes
from Hartsfield International Airport. Hotel has a free
shuttle service from the airport. Room rates are $95. Rooms
feature refrigerators, hair dryers and more! Three
restaurants offer a wide range of items to choose from &
room service 24 hours! Please call early! EVERYONE WHO MAKES
RESERVATIONS BEFORE 1/5/12 WILL BE PLACED IN A SPECIAL
DRAWING FOR ONE FREE NIGHT PAID AT THE HILTON! YOUR HOTEL
STAY COULD BE FREE! JUST CALL ON TIME TO BOOK YOUR ROOM!
Rooms will be held until January 5th, after that time you
may not get a room and the rate may go up. Should you have

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
Welcome Reception will be held during registration for all
contestants and their families! Refreshments and fun for
all!
Friday February 10th - Registration 0-3yrs. 6-7PM/
4-8yrs. 7-8pm/ 9 &Up 8-9pm Please call if you cannot make
these registration times. We wish to allow the youngest
contestants to register first. You will be asked to provide
your hotel room number at registration. Turn in all photos,
pay all balances due, and purchase extra badges. Badges will
be $5 more on Saturday.
Saturday February 11th- - Interview, beauty, casual
wear, talent. All ages.
Sunday February 12th - Crowning of 2012 America’s
Grand Miss National Royalty.
* We will advise you of exact times at registration. Line up
will be first for each event.
*Door badges: Must be WORN at all times. In your pocket,
purse or room is not worn. Do not attempt to enter the
ballroom with out your badge.
REFERRALS
Receive your supreme package paid if you refer 5 contestants
not on our mailing list. $25 credit for each referral fewer
than five.
BEHAVIOR: Improper conduct by any
contestant/parent/guest towards the hotel staff, other
contestants or pageant staff may result in disqualification
with no refund. Hotel room damage may result in
disqualification.
Disqualification from pageant, with no refund, at the
directors discretion, could occur for those who do not
follow the rules above.
